Action of the Stockwell Continental Congress July 4 th 2003

The unanimous declaration of the several parts of my body

WHEN in the Course of Human Events,

it becomes necessary for me to dissolve the political bands which have connected me with others, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle me, and having little respect left, nonetheless, I will declare the causes which compel me to separation.

I hold these truths to be self evident, that everything I need to sustain my life, has been, and is, in the food supply. I recognize that all men being created equal and being endowed by their creator with similar physiology, that among these are, a working central nervous system, a certain amount of innate intelligence, and the ability to make correct choices, that among these are decisions that may or may not lead to life, freedom, and the pursuit of wellness – that to secure these rights Nature’s God instituted among men a free society in which men and women may choose for themselves their own wellness destiny.

Experience shows that mankind are more disposed to suffer when they can choose between correct actions of wellness verses suffering, than to always choose forms which will lead to longevity and the absence of disease. But a long train of abuses and usurpations from various private and governmental agencies evinces a design to reduce us all to absolute despotism concerning our right of choice over the destiny of our bodies. Therefore it is the right and duty to throw off such meddling dalliances and to provide guards against such future encroachments that would reduce us all to drug dependant citizens. The history of the present FDA, AMA and the pharmaceutical cartel, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over our bodies and the future of our health care. To prove this let facts be submitted to a candid world.

THEY have refused assent to law that would provide the most wholesome and necessary public good.

THEY have forbidden any law of immediate or pressing importance that might necessarily allow freedom of choice in matters of our health.

THEY have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from anyone of an opposing opinion in order to fatigue them in matters of expenditures and employment.

THEY have jailed or have caused to be jailed various representatives of various modalities of various health care measures that might compete with them.

THEY have exercised tyrannical political control to cause some to be elected and others to be kept off the polls that might endanger their political position.

THEY have passed off as science a series of impractical, unreliable, purely theoretical concepts and/or ideas as well grounded science, as they have exercised dictatorial control through their political contracts to restrict or deny the promulgation of actual scientific principals regarding health and nutrition.

THEY have forced the population to be injected by known toxic chemicals in the name of preventing disease, where there is no actual scientific proof that such a hypothesis is scientifically valid.

THEY have created a series of HMO laws across this nation that have reduced the level and standard of health care to a pre medieval station in the sense of accountants with no scientific training making life and death decisions, mandated by insurance decrees as the only proper course to be followed. This has necessarily resulted in uncounted deaths and/or serious injury.

THEY have virtually taken over the level of scholarship in our schools of medicine once heralded as the best in all the world and reduced it to the level of simple diagnosis for the pandering of private and federally funded drugs.

THEY have combined with others to subject us to laws foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by common sense and forced upon us as acts of pretended legislation the following:

FOR passing off as basic health the nonsense of the food pyramid.

FOR imposing taxes upon us with out our consent to further this nonsense.

FOR depriving us in many cases true scientific research regarding health and wellness.

FOR refusing us the right to teach in tax funded educational facilities scientific research that would oppose their opinions.

FOR reducing the size of the community and the freedom to do other than, of those legally permitted to dispense medical diagnosis to graduates of approved cartel controlled, licensed, institutions of medical learning.

FOR propagandizing supposed science in place of long established methods of healing.

FOR suspending and criminalizing our fellow citizens in the enjoyment of their parental responsibilities in the privacy of their own home and family.

I therefore, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the rectitude of my intentions do, in the name and by the authority of those who join in agreement with me solemnly publish and declare that I am and of right ought to be a free and independent man, and that I am absolved of all allegiance to the AMA Crown, the FDA, and any and all agencies, representative and/or officers the pharmaceutical industry, and that all bureaucratic connection between them and myself and those who join in agreement with me is and ought to be totally dissolved. And that I as a free and independent man have full power to decide for myself, think, wonder, imagine, enter into contracts, do business with, and do all the acts and things which a free and independent man may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor.
